AIC: Training Reflection and Survey - Our AIC Identity - January 2024

Dear AIC volunteer friends,

…We’re delighted to share with you a training reflection focusing on our AIC identity.

In this time of multiple crises, as we continue to face many challenges in carrying out our actions, we find it essential to pause for a moment and reflect together on our fundamentals in order to better fulfill our mission, today and in the future, so that we can move forward with renewed momentum, with greater conviction, hope and charity.

We urge you all to work through this training reflection, first individually and then as a team, following the synodal path to which Pope Francis invites us: giving priority to listening and dialogue, and allowing ourselves to be guided by the Holy Spirit.

We count on each and every one of you to send us your answers to the questions included in the training reflection. An online form has been prepared for this purpose, and we ask you to please fill it in by January 31^st, 2024 at the latest. You may respond individually or as a team.
