A long-time volunteer at the Ladies of Charity Thrift Store in Chattanooga got the idea of taking donated T-shirts that are too worn out to be sold and turn them into reusable shopping bags. When she’s not making shopping bags, she’s taking donated dolls and selling them at collector shows.
And all the money is poured back into the non-profit.
