Through an event as part of “Urban October”, the Vincentian Family at the United Nations aim to include and amplify the voices of individuals and families who have experienced homelessness and poverty, and their suggestions for “Better City, Better Life.” We will also highlight programs that demonstrate that housing is key to helping individuals to exit poverty, sustain livelihoods and to achieve human dignity and well-being.
