Dear AIC volunteer friends,
In order to help you celebrate the feast of Saint Louise de Marillac on 9th May, and in this jubilee year of her Light of Pentecost, we are pleased to offer you this reflection on her essential role in supporting the first Confraternities of Charity. We hope it will be a source of inspiration for you in your service to the most disadvantaged people.
We would also like to take this opportunity to inform you that the Daughters of Charity will be celebrating the close of this jubilee year on 4th June in Paris. You will be able to follow this celebration from a distance, thanks to the links we will share with you via the AIC Facebook page.
Let us unite in prayer to celebrate these two events together, with the Daughters of Charity and the rest of the Vincentian Family.
