New Member Orientation Materials for Ladies of Charity Associations

The LCUSA Spirituality Committee has prepared a New Member Orientation package so that all of our associations have access to a consistent set of materials. These materials should be used to recruit, to orientate new members, and to refresh and update all members. Portions of the texts could also be used to let our external contacts know who we are.

  1. Congratulations to the LCUSA Spirituality committee for this very comprehensive guide for all associations to utilize. I can’t wait to share it with all of the associations in the northeast.

  2. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to put this wonderful program together. It will educate all new members of Ladies of Charity on the charism of the Vincentian family and also, refresh those who have been members for years.

  3. Thank you so much for gving us guidelines. I have to look though to see if I have the LOC manual that you refer to. If I do it might be the original from when our organization was first formed. Was it ever updated?

    1. The LOC Manual has not been updated since 2000. We will be looking at that this next year. The ARM has been updated. The manual can be ordered on website and all members should have that information.

  4. I just downloaded and scanned this document today. This is what I have been hopeing for. Thanks to all, especially Nancy who I think coordinated this. Can’t wait to share it with our Ladies.
