Buffalo Ladies of Charity filled 500 gift bags for distribution this Christmas by Catholic Charities caseworkers to their clients who are homebound. This service project was completed on Nov 16th in recognition of World Day of the Poor. Marian Snyder and Janice Ferguson chaired the event and Holly Walter led a prayer service to start the day. In addition to the items purchased by Buffalo Ladies of Charities, some of the local parishes collected new bath towels for inclusion in the bags.
