The Junior Ladies of Charity assembled twelve Easter baskets for Momma’s House, a transitional Residential Program on Long Island created specifically for young mothers and babies
Pat Shea who founded Momma’s House in 1986 and her staff were impressed with the work of the Juniors and the generosity of both the Ladies and Juniors.
In addition, the Juniors sent Easter cards to all the Sisters in St. Louise House in Albany, each one signing each card.
The Ladies of Charity at St. John’s collaborated on this project with donations, transportation and the leadership of Pat Mule and Anna Rocchio.
