New Truck for LOC in Cincinnati Will Bring Items To People in Need

The Ladies of Charity at St. Gertrude in Cincinnati, Ohio purchased a 2018 new truck to replace our existing 1998 truck. This truck is used to collect items for the needy and the poor. Our association has monthly collections which are held before and after each Mass. Each month the donations are designated to a different organizations. Some of the organizations we provide for are Bethany House, Hope Emergency Outreach Program, Mother of Christ Food Pantry, and Mary Magdalene House (showering facility for homeless). We were fortunate that Father Henry Stephan blessed our truck after the first collection. We are so thankful for the support of our parish and several members our Ladies of Charity families who made this truck and the logos possible.
