Training reflection on recruitment – Topic 2: Recruitment strategies, sharing experiences from the AIC International network

We hope this message finds you well.
We are sending you the second training reflection on the important topic of “recruitment”. Through this reflection, we invite you to reflect on the practical actions you could implement within your respective groups or associations to recruit new volunteers. We suggest that you study this training reflection during the months of July and August.
We invite you to participate actively in this training. It is essential to strengthen our groups in order to be able to continue accompanying the most disadvantaged people and so respond to the vocation that we have received from our Founder, Saint Vincent. These reflections (May-June and July-August) were prepared by the International Secretariat team, under the coordination of Tayde de Callataÿ.
