Ladies of Charity at St. John’s University collected much needed baby supplies for Hour Children Food Pantry in Long Island City.
Yesterday two of the Ladies of Charity dropped off the donation of baby supplies collected from the Sunday Community and the LoC. To say that the staff of the Pantry was appreciative is an understatement! They were overwhelmed at the amount of supplies that were brought into the Pantry! They thanked us over and over again.
The Ladies stayed to sort and organize the supplies and they, too, were overwhelmed at the immensity of the contributions.
“I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you did it to me.”
