Several members of the Servants of Charity gathered to fill bags with toiletry items for the Christmas Store sponsored by the St. Vincent’s Health System in Birmingham, Alabama. Families, screened by the Catholic Center of Concern, are given vouchers to shop at the Christmas Store. Approximately 160 bags were distributed. The Servants have plans to collect toiletry items on a continuing basis for distribution to the needy all year long, not just at Christmas time.
