The Ladies of Charity of the United States in union with their 51 sister associations of AIC and the Universal Church would like to welcome Pope Francis I. His desire to serve as Bishop of Rome with simplicity, humility and charity reflects the virtues with which we serve those living in poverty and social injustice. We offer him our love and support as he begins to direct and evangelize Christ’s Church.
