On June 11, 2021, Ms. Mame Ellis turned 100 years of age. She is a long-time member of the Ladies of Charity at St. Hugh of Grenoble Church in Greenbelt, MD and serves as its Corresponding Secretary. Father Walter Tappe, Pastor, and members of the LOC wished Ms. Ellis a Happy Birthday during the celebration of the 7:15 am Mass.
Ms. Ellis was presented with a bouquet of flowers by Ms. Ellen Hanyok, Co-President of the St. Hugh LOC. After the Mass celebration, the Ladies took her to breakfast at her favorite place, McDonald’s.
