Dear AIC volunteers,
We’re happy to share with you the training reflection for January and February, aimed at preparing our AIC International Assembly 2026, which is drawing closer and for which we have chosen the slogan “Sowing the seeds of peace and hope to transform the world.”
We’re busy preparing for this important meeting and can already share with you the topics that will be discussed:
Keeping our charism alive:
- Our charism, a catalyst for action to spread peace and hope
- Experiencing peace and hope and bringing them to life: Building the “Other Way”
Sowing the seeds of peace:
- Interpersonal relationships and conflicts: Understanding them to better manage them
- Defending women’s human rights: A matter of justice and a means of preventing violence
Transformative leadership:
- Working as a team
- Raising funds
- Transformative actions
Being bearers of hope:
- Priority Lines of Action 2026-2029
The purpose of the latest training reflection is to analyze the context in which you work, in two areas related to promoting peace: managing conflicts and defending women’s rights. The training reflection also invites you to reflect on current and future priorities of the AIC network.
We share with you a series of questions, which we encourage you to reflect on and answer, first individually and then as a team.
We count on each and every one of you to send us your answers by filling in this online questionnaire by 15th February 2026. You can respond on your own behalf or on behalf of your team.
