Dear AIC volunteers,
We’re sharing with you today a training reflection dealing with a recurring challenge at all levels of our association: how to find AIC volunteers who are willing to commit themselves, for a limited term, to guiding one or more AIC volunteer groups in their mission.
You will find in the training reflection concrete suggestions to improve the recruitment, training and support of future AIC leaders. This topic reminds us of the meaning of our commitment as volunteers and invites us to be open to change and new ideas.
