The Ladies of Charity of Buffalo honor outstanding volunteers with a newly-established LOC Volunteer Award. The award seeks to recognize members who have displayed exemplary service through their significant contributions of time, talent and treasure in service to the Western New York community, while displaying St. Louise’s virtues and caring character.
