The Ladies of Charity – Austin’s vision is to exceed in assisting persons who are vulnerable in moving from marginalization to participation by providing Vincentian leadership. LOC-Austin will foster and collaborate more vital links within the Vincentian Family in local efforts to respond to unmet needs.
