The LOC in Quincy, Ilinois held its second annual toy giveway on December 4, 2014. It was a great success and lots of fun. 122 parents/guardians representing 324 children ages 12 and under attended the event. Each family chose 1 new toy plus 5 other toys per child. Patrons could choose stuffed animals and books in unlimited numbers. Families were also invited to participate in a raffle for a dozen refurbished bicycles.
